Wholesale Gallery for Pajar

My dear friend Pajar, a master lapidary artist whose skill and artistry are unmatched, has recently fallen ill due to lung damage caused by inhaling rock-cutting dust. As a result, he’s had to make the difficult decision to sell his entire collection of cabochons to cover his medical expenses. Afterward, he’ll be taking a much-needed 6-month to one-year break to focus on healing.

Pajar’s work is nothing short of stunning—the photos truly don’t capture the incredible craftsmanship and beauty of his pieces. His cabochons are thick, perfectly shaped and polished to perfection. Most of his rough material is sourced within Indonesia, where he lives. Many of the undrilled cabochons I’ve used in my jewelry over the years have been cut by Pajar, and his attention to detail is second to none.

His collection consists of around 2000 cabochons, and he’s offering them at an incredibly generous price with a minimum order of 1000 pieces. He also has a selection of finished, wire-wrapped pendants available for those interested in a 200-piece minimum order. He does also have tumbled rocks and carvings as well, plus I know he was working on some new material recently. He stated that his partners and employees could cut other materials if you don’t see what you want.

I’m hoping to coordinate a group purchase among fellow vendors, jewelry artists, rock enthusiasts, or anyone who appreciates fine lapidary work to help Pajar during this challenging time. If you’re interested in contributing to his medical care directly or in purchasing to support him, please reach out to me directly. Even smaller purchases of a dozen or so pieces would make a difference. Also, I was thinking it would be great to send him some N95 masks to protect his lungs when he needs to be present at the lapidary shop. I don’t know how accessible they are in Indonesia.

Let’s come together as a community and support an artist who has given so much through his incredible work. If you want to help in any way, please let me know. I will continue to add more photos to this post, including some videos. Everything new will be added to the bottom, so when you check back, scroll to the bottom to see what’s new.
